Mike Wilson, Controller, has been promoted to General Manager of Ceramex North America. Mike joined Ceramex in 2022, bringing 7 years of experience as an accountant with Hagan, Tucker, Schmitt & Gintz CPAs.听Mike has played in an instrumental leadership role at Ceramex in a revamp of its warehouse, an ERP implementation, and as a culture committee leader and design team member for Ceramex鈥檚 Great Game of Business (GGOB) relaunch. Mike holds bachelor鈥檚 and master鈥檚 degrees in accounting from Missouri State University and will begin his GGOB Internal Coach Certificate this fall.听鈥淚 am very excited about the opportunity to lead this fantastic team,鈥� said Mike. 鈥淲ith the talent we have in the building, the sky鈥檚 the limit moving forward.鈥�听
Carley Carmichael, Operations Manager, has been promoted to Director of Operations of Ceramex North America, reporting to Mike Wilson, General Manager. Carley joined Ceramex in April of 2023, bringing 10+ years of accounting and operations experience, including the role of Firm Director at Hagan, Tucker, Schmitt & Gintz CPAs.听Carley has led the Ceramex team to new production efficiencies while maintaining best-in-class product quality. She has been instrumental in securing new business and improving profit margins. Carley鈥檚 experience, commitment to professional growth, and the skills she developed over the years will allow her to excel in this new position.
