Recycle Track System, Inc. (RTS), a leader in the waste and recycling management industry, announced that it鈥檚 parent company, RTS Holding, Inc., has acquired Elytus Ltd., a waste services management company that serves 12,000+ locations across all 50 States, Canada, and Puerto Rico through a cloud-based software platform.

RTS brings proprietary technology and a deep commitment to transparency and sustainability to聽 thousands of clients across the country, including hundreds of restaurants and hotels, and large office buildings, professional sports stadiums, universities, and municipalities. This partnership will expand RTS鈥檚 reach to all fifty states as it continues to disrupt the waste management industry
