North Davidson Garbage Service has announced that it has been bought by Waste Industries. Services transitioned to Waste Industries as of Thursday.聽鈥淚t has been a privilege to provide the curbside collection of waste and bring recycling to our area,鈥� a letter on the website read. 鈥淥ur recycling facility will be back in operation in the next coming months and will sustain the ability to recycle the area鈥檚 materials.鈥�
Customers will receive a letter from Waste Industries with details about their account. Payments that are due can still be paid through North Davidson Garbage鈥檚 payment portal, by mail to P.O. Box 90, Welcome, NC 27374 or by calling (336) 731-4025. Recurring payments will continue until the end of August, the letter stated.
