As part of the acquisition, IWS will integrate all of Pinto Service鈥檚 collection services, transfer station and disposal operations, employees, and its fleet of over 40 collection vehicles into its operations. Notably, the Pinto family continues its leadership role of the new IWS Lodi NJ operations, ensuring continuity while maintaining the strong relationships built over decades.

The acquisition of Pinto Service marks another milestone in IWS鈥檚 expansion across the tristate area. It follows a series of strategic acquisitions aimed at strengthening IWS鈥檚 market leadership, including Oak Ridge Waste & Recycling in Southwestern Connecticut and Suburban New York, as well as Marangi Disposal, the largest independent hauler in Orange and Rockland Counties, New York.
