DEEP GREEN Waste & Recycling Inc., a waste, recycling and remediation services company for commercial and residential customers, announces that it has agreed to purchase all the outstanding and issued stock of Franklin Tucker Corporation. Franklin Tucker owns and operates three large Junk King franchises covering all of central Tennessee.
